Margaret Wegner fell over as a child while holding an 8 centimetre long pencil, which went through her skin into her head, narrowly missing vital parts of her brain. After years of suffering from headaches an nosebleeds, a surgeon at Berlin private clinic has successfully removed most of the pencil.
